Dear colleagues, on May 31 – June 1, 2024, an international jubilee congress dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Eurasian Assembly of otorhinolaryngologists will be held at the picturesque venue of the Caspian Sea in Zagulba (Baku city), within the recreation and health center “Khazri”. The congress, titled “EAO2024” will cover current issues in otorhinolaryngology, oncology, plastic and facial surgery, and audiology specialties.
The event is planned to be organized with the support of Azerbaijan Medical University and will involve the participation of delegations from Europe, Turkey, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia (with 50-100 foreign participants and 150-200 local participants).
Target audience: Specialists in otorhinolaryngology, head and neck surgery, audiology, neurosurgery, maxillofacial, plastic surgery and healthcare organization.
Conference objectives: Adoption of modern medical innovations responding to contemporary protocols, exchange of experiences, and discussion of modern treatment methods in military traumas and tumors of the head and neck region, as well as hearing impairment due to various causes. Opening new horizons in solving functional and aesthetic problems of the nose.
The congress will be accredited by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the corresponding credit score.

ABSTRACTS
An electronic edition of the abstract collection of the international congress “Eurasian Assembly of Otorhinolaryngologists and Head and Neck Surgeons (EAO&HNS2024)” is planned. The publication will be assigned an ISBN, and indexing in RSCI (Russian Science Citation Indexe) is planned. The publication of abstracts is free of charge. Abstracts should be submitted via email to [email protected]. The deadline for abstract submission is May 20, 2024, in Russian and English. Please adhere to the formatting rules.
Formatting rules for abstracts:
Abstracts are published in the author’s version, and the organizing committee is not responsible for spelling and stylistic errors. The volume of abstracts should not exceed 2 pages of A4. Margins: left – 2 cm, right – 2 cm, bottom – 2 cm, top – 2 cm. Font used: Times New Roman, font size – 12 pt, line spacing – 1.5. Paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm. Alignment: justified. Automatic word wrap is prohibited. The title of the presentation is placed at the top center of the page and printed in capital bold letters with Times New Roman 12 pt. font. There is no period at the end of the title. The title of the presentation should not include abbreviations.
